Because for nearly 70 years and three generations thousands of meals have been skillfully crafted in this iron skillet. This single tool represents our family’s value of providing wholesome, made-from-scratch meals using real food, fresh milled flour and basic pantry ingredients. In today’s world, you might call it an ingredient-only household. In my world, it’s the way I’ve been cooking my entire life, just like my mom and grandma did for their families.
